Online Room Booking Systems

Overview

UBC staff, faculty and students can book space on campus to support operations and student learning. UBC IT Okanagan develops and maintains a small number of online room booking websites used by groups at the Okanagan campus called the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS). UBC Employees can book employee only meeting rooms using Outlook.

  • This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Users can book, change and cancel space bookings online. 

Requirements & Eligibility

  • This services is available to staff, faculty, and researchers.
  • Users must have an active CWL to authenticate and book a space.

Costs

The creation and maintenance of an online booking service is centrally funded and provided at no cost. 


Getting Started

To request an online room booking site, please submit a Request Access to IT Service ticket in the UBC Self-Service Portal.
