Online Room Booking Systems
Overview
UBC staff, faculty and students can book space on campus to support operations and student learning. UBC IT Okanagan develops and maintains a small number of online room booking websites used by groups at the Okanagan campus called the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS).

- This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Users can book, change and cancel space bookings online.
Requirements & Eligibility
- This services is available to staff, faculty, and researchers.
- Users must have an active CWL to authenticate and book a space.
Costs
The creation and maintenance of an online booking service is centrally funded and provided at no cost.
Getting Started
To request an online room booking site, please submit a Request Access to IT Service ticket in the UBC Self-Service Portal.
