Overview
UBC Okanagan IT (UBCOIT) is available to support your Audio Visual needs for on-campus events. We will help identify your AV needs and provide comprehensive, hands-on training and guidance for your event, big or small.

- UBCOIT offers consultation services to define AV equipment needed for event
- Training and information on AV equipment is available during regular business
- A limited selection of equipment is available for use by faculty and staff
Requirements & Eligibility
- Available to UBC faculty and staff
- Event must be held on the UBC Okanagan campus; off-site event support is not available
Costs
Currently, UBCOIT consultation, support and equipment is available for use at no cost for active UBC faculty and staff

- Equipment is also available for loan at no cost to the UBCO community from UBCO Studios Equipment Lending
Getting Started
- To begin planning for your event, please submit a Request Access to IT Service in the UBC Self-Service Portal for a consultation. Advanced notice of the event is preferable. Please contact UBCOIT as early as possible
