UBCO IT Voice Services will be implementing necessary changes to the voicemail system on November 16, 2022. Users with Hot Desk telephone services will be impacted. UBCO IT requests that Hot Desk telephone service users prepare for this change by ensuring they know their voicemail passcode.

To stay compliant with UBC’s information security standards, macOS needs to be updated to at least macOS Catalina. Starting November 22, centrally managed Mac desktops and laptops at UBC Okanagan will receive notifications in the lower right-hand corner of their screen when updates are available.
