UBC IT Okanagan has refreshed the campus telephone service to offer the flexibility required for hybrid work while ensuring a more sustainable costing model, including moving to monthly billing as of May 2025.
Recent changes to the preferred supplier for UBCO IT supported Windows computers require a temporary change to the purchase process for Dell devices.
In preparation for implementing Microsoft 365 university-wide, UBC will be migrating our enterprise email services from on-premise to the cloud platform Microsoft Exchange Online. UBCO employee emails will be migrated November 5-14, 2024.
