Workstation Reconnects

If you are returning to work on campus, please contact IT support in advance for help reconnecting equipment, as we have limited on-site resources.

Need furniture moved or a space cleaned? Submit a Facilities Work Order (on campus or VPN connection required) or Custodial Request to ensure your office is ready before requesting a reconnect.

Individual faculty and staff can book one-on-one assistance from IT with setting up your work space by submitting a ticket to the UBC Self-Service Portal.

We are developing a form to request reconnects, but in the meantime please use the UBCO IT Equipment Move Request form.

Use the same disconnect /reconnect date and only fill in a single location.

It is strongly encouraged that you submit requests at least one week in advance.

Note: Please check with your department administrator or supervisor before booking to see if a group reconnection for your unit has already been arranged.
