A Novell account is required for UBCO staff, faculty, and students in order to access computers on campus, and provides access to printing services, shared instructional files, and secure personal storage. If you need more storage for academic purposes, you can request a limit increase by contacting UBC IT Okanagan.
Novell accounts are automatically created for students when they register for classes and expires two weeks after the last session in which they are registered.
To request a Novell account for a new employee, please submit an IT Helpdesk ticket (Tickets > New to UBC).
