IT Management Database (ITMDB)

Overview

Provides primary ticketing system for IT, Media and Classroom Services, including modules for the management of tickets/work orders, contact records, accounts, phone records, server groups, printers, copycards, billing and research projects.  Also provides Calendars module for HR-related leave (all staff/faculty) and IT staff availability.
